Welcome to our Year 5 class page!

In Year 5, the class teacher is Mr Berry and the teaching assistants are Mrs Marsden and Miss Haddon. Mr O and Mrs Brown will teach the class on Friday Afternoons. Miss Carol will teach the class outdoor learning on a Thursday,

Year 5’s Useful Information

PE is on Monday and Tuesday
Outdoor learning is on a Thursday.
Ukulele lessons will take place on Friday Afternoons.
Homework is assigned on a Friday and due back to school the following Thursday.
Homework will be focused on spellings, arithmetic and reading.
Home reading is encouraged for at least twenty minutes daily.
Celebration assemblies will take place on Friday mornings where we will award our Star of the Week and team award winners. A text will be sent home if your child has been chosen.

The Theme for this term is 'We Innovate'

Our school value for Summer is ‘Persevere’ and our British Value is 'Tolerance of different Faiths and Beliefs’.
