Here you can explore our wonderful EYFS curriculum and get the latest information and updates.
In Reception, the class teachers are Mrs Watkins and Mrs White. Mrs Watkins teaches the class on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Mrs White teaches the class on Thursday afternoon and Friday.
Mrs Hopkins is in class full time as our EYFS teaching assistant and covers PPA on Thursday mornings with Miss Caroll. The EYFS team are all thrilled to be part of your child's learning journey here at Anderton.
Reception's Useful Information
- PE will take place on a Wednesday and Friday.
- Reading books are checked and changed (if needed) on Mondays and Fridays.
- Homework is assigned on a Friday and due in the following Thursday.
- Celebration assemblies will take place on Friday mornings. A text will be sent home if your child has been chosen as an award winner.
- We will access the outdoors every day and ask that children please bring in a pair of wellies to keep in school.
