The School Council is run by the children and Mrs Higginbottom. Two people from each class (a boy and a girl) are elected as reps and take their classes’ ideas to the council. They discuss and agree on whether they should be put forward or not.
The council is a great way for improving our school. Lots of ideas have been passed through the council and have been implemented; such as: improving the boys’ and girls’ toilets and improving the dinner centre. The School Council has helped with charity work and even organised talent shows! Best of all was the Crufts style agility course as part of Outdoor Week!
