Reception

Welcome to Reception Class

Teacher – Mrs Exley

Teaching Assistant – Mrs Lea

Mrs Lea and Mrs Cross teach us every Monday afternoon.

We learn, laugh and play in Reception Class and always try our best to work as a team!

We cover lots of different things in Reception Class.

Here is some information about our class that you may find useful:

Make sure you bring your book bag everyday. This is an important form of communication between school and home. You will receive information from school in your child’s book bag and you can also contact school with notes too.

Books and reading records are kept in book bags too so we can regularly read at school.
Our P.E. days are Mondays and Wednesdays but we often have extra time in the hall so P.E. kits are kept in school all half term. We will send them home at the end of each half term to be washed.

Children can bring in a clear water bottle with a sports top and can have access to this throughout the school day.

Please do not hesitate to call into Reception Class at any time if you have any queries or questions.
